Season passes purchased online will be mailed to the guest address on file.

Starting Monday, June 6, Summit Bike Park season passes must be picked up at the Snow Summit ticket windows between 9AM-3PM. The purchaser/pass holder must be present and a valid photo ID, with proof of age, such as a birth certificate, passport or driver's license is required for all pass holders when picking up their pass. Season passes purchased in-person will be printed on-site at the Snow Summit ticket windows.

Please note that the Snow Summit ticket windows will be closed from April 17 thru June 5.

Ticket windows will open to the public 30 minutes prior to chairlifts, with chairs 1 and 2 scheduled to operate and additional lifts/runs expected to open as conditions permit.

The locker room and all rental lockers will be available Bike repair services – including brake bleeds, tuning derailleurs, cable adjustments, and tire replacements – will be available at the Snow Summit Adventure Academy during operating hours on a first come, first served basis. All bikes receive a free sanitizing wash before being serviced.
