If you have a reservation that includes equipment rentals, you will need to go to the rental shop indicated in your confirmation email first, then proceed to a pickup box to print their lift ticket(s) before arriving at the designated lesson check-in location. You must have all your gear on and ready to go before you check in.

        If you miss your scheduled lesson time or arrive late, your lessons time will not be pushed back or rescheduled to another slot in order to accommodate staffing, especially during peak and holiday periods. Thank you for understanding and showing up on time.
