How to Get Your Tickets

Here are some tips to help you grab your lift tickets and get on the hill faster this summer before you make your way to the mountains to enjoy Southern California's best lift-served bike parks at Snow Valley and Snow Summit.

Bike Park Lift Tickets

Online Purchases
Guests that purchase lift tickets online will receive a confirmation email with a unique barcode for each lift ticket purchased. To redeem a bike park lift ticket, stop by one of the pickup boxes in the Snow Valley or Snow Summit base areas and scan your barcode(s). To locate a pickup box on-site, download the BBMR mobile app. To make the process as quick as possible, please have your barcode(s) ready to scan before arriving at the pickup box.

Please note: BBMR lift tickets can be printed at Snow Valley and Snow Summit and are valid for same-day use at both locations. Please note that both resorts have different hours of operation. Snow Valley lift tickets are only valid at Snow Valley.

Call Center Purchases
Guests that purchase lift tickets by calling 844.GO2.BEAR will receive a confirmation email WITHOUT a barcode. When you arrive, please proceed to the Snow Valley or Snow Summit ticket windows to sign your liability waiver and pick up your lift tickets.

Scenic Sky Chair Lift Tickets

Guests with Scenic Sky Chair lift ticket reservations will receive a confirmation email with a unique barcode for each lift ticket purchased. To redeem, stop by one of the pickup boxes in the Snow Valley or Snow Summit base area and scan your barcode(s) to print your tickets. Proceed to Chair 1 at either Snow Valley or Snow Summit and a lift attendant will scan your barcode(s). Please note, Scenic Sky Chair guests will load the chairlift separately from guests with bike park tickets. Scenic Sky Chair tickets are valid for one-time use at Snow Valley or Snow Summit, not both, so please plan accordingly.

Step 1 – Check Your Confirmation Email

Locate Your Confirmation Email

After your lift ticket purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email receipt entitled "Big Bear Mountain Resort Reservations." Your confirmation email will have barcode(s) for all lift tickets purchased. To ensure deliverability, please add reservations@bbmr.com to your safe senders list.

If you are unable to locate your confirmation email, check your junk/spam folder or call 844.GO2.BEAR to speak to a reservation specialist. Please note, call and chat volumes may vary. We appreciate your patience.

Step 2 – Screenshot Your Barcode(s)

Mobile and Wi-Fi service can vary greatly in the mountains due to multiple factors, including device type, service provider, and weather conditions. Therefore, we highly recommend taking a screenshot of your lift ticket barcode(s) prior to arriving to ensure availability when using the pickup boxes. To screenshot your barcode(s), refer to your device instruction manual.

Step 3 – Locate a Pickup Box

To locate a base area pickup box, download the BBMR mobile app and tap the interactive map for locations and directions. To redeem your lift ticket reservation, follow the instructions on the pickup box screen. If you need additional assistance, visit any open ticket window.
