To access your reservation, you'll need your confirmation number. You should have received a confirmation email with information regarding your purchase. Allow up to 15 minutes for your purchase confirmation email to be delivered to your inbox after transaction.

BARCODE NOT SHOWING UP?


If your confirmation number is not generating a barcode, it most likely is due to one of the following:

  • You purchased Grizzly Ridge Tube Park ticket
  • You purchased a Lesson + Lift or a Lesson + Lift + Rental
  • You purchased equipment rentals
  • You purchased a group or private lesson     

Items listed above will not generate a barcode. You must check in at the ticket window to receive a voucher. The barcode will only be generated for a la carte full-day, half-day, and Night Session lift tickets, and day parking tickets. If you want to review your full reservation, please log into MY ACCOUNT.

All direct-to-scan tickets are assigned to individual barcodes that are non-transferable and may not be duplicated. Lift ticket barcodes must be scanned before accessing Big Bear Mountain Resort base areas. Present your lift ticket barcode for scanning when requested, then get ready to experience alpine good times.
