What's Included

The Ikon Pass Suite rental is $5,000 per day and comes with several valuable perks that together make it an easy, all-in-one way to enjoy a full day on the mountain.

✔ Private Suite Access – Available 1 hour before and 1 hour after lift operating hours on the rental day.
✔ Exclusive Use – Accommodates up to eight (8) guests.
✔ Terrain Access – Suite renter must hold an Ikon Pass or Ikon Base Pass. All other guests will receive a 1-day lift ticket if they do not already have a valid season pass.
✔ BBMR Daily Reserve – Includes priority lift line access, giving you more laps on the mountain, more time to relax, and less time in line.
✔ Premium Parking – Up to three (3) upper-lot parking spots for the day.
✔ Premium Demo Rentals – Top-of-the-line gear included.
✔ Curated Food & Drink Service – Available throughout your stay, with alcohol available as an add-on.

Time to Secure Your Suite Escape

Reservations are required to guarantee your preferred date, offered daily throughout the winter season. Please submit an inquiry at least 7 days in advance so we can prepare everything for a smooth arrival. Requests made within 7 days can still be accommodated, but will require a quicker response and a more expedited timeline. For inquiries submitted on a Saturday or Sunday, please allow extra time for a response, as our team processes requests Monday through Friday.

FAQs

Deposit & Payments
Full payment (100% of your total package) is required at the time of booking to secure your suite and date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to your booking are 50% refundable.
Cancellations within 72 hours of your booking are non-refundable.

How to Reserve Your Suite
1. Fill out the reservation form.
2. A private concierge will assist you in confirming availability for your desired date.
3. Once your date is confirmed, you will receive a contract to review, sign, and pay.
4. Upon receipt of the signed contract, your suite and date are officially reserved.

Weather or Closure Policy
If Snow Summit closes due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will be contacted and given the option to reschedule their date or receive a full refund.

Participant Changes
The suite rental rate of $5,000 is a flat fee, whether you bring one guest or up to eight. The rate remains the same regardless of the number of participants.

Food & Beverage Policy
Outside food and drinks, including coolers, are not permitted. A mini fridge is available in the suite. BBMR reserves the right to inspect the fridge to ensure compliance.

Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed in the suite due to the luxury furnishings.

Guest Capacity
The suite accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in removal from the suite.
