BBMR Double Play is bringing a brand new way to save this winter. Get two days of skiing or snowboarding for up to 50% less than a single-day lift ticket, with no blackout dates.
Unlike traditional lift tickets, your BBMR Double Play pack of tickets are undated, so you don’t have to pick your days when you buy. Instead, for the first time at Big Bear Mountain Resort, we’re introducing a limited capacity reservation system, giving you the freedom to lock in the savings now but choose your arrival dates later.
Reservations are required. Make your reservation through your Ikon Pass account as early as possible, and no later than 9AM on the day of arrival, subject to availability.

Do I need an Ikon account?
Yes. Guests create an Ikon account or log in to an existing one during purchase. They make and manage their reservations through that account.
Will I get a pass or card in the mail?
No. Double Play is digital. After purchase, guests get a confirmation email with instructions for reserving their days, and they pick up a lift ticket at the ticket window on each reservation date.
Why do my tickets show up as Friends & Family Points?
The two lift tickets may be listed that way in the Ikon account. It is the same Double Play product.
Can I give or sell my tickets to someone else?
No. Double Play lift tickets are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the guest they are assigned to.
Can I get a refund?
No. Double Play is non-refundable, including when a preferred date is unavailable.
Does it work for night skiing?
No. Double Play is for daytime use. Guests who want to ski at night purchase a night upgrade.
Can I put the value toward a season pass?
No. Double Play cannot be applied toward a season pass purchase.

2. Select the BBMR DOUBLE PLAY tab, then click the MAKE A RESERVATION BUTTON in the upper-right corner. Reservations are available until 9AM each day on a first-come, first-served basis with limited inventory per date, subject to change.
