Tube Park Reservations Pick Up Information

Allow at least 60 minutes during peak holiday periods from the time you arrive to check in and pick up your tubing tickets. IMPORTANT: Parking fees in the Upper Lot at Snow Valley and Snow Summit are not included with tubing tickets. A $25-$40 Reserved Parking fee will be in effect on February: 7-9, 14-17, 21-23, 28; March: 1-2, 7-9, 14-16, 21-23, 28-30.

After your purchase is complete, you should receive a confirmation email entitled, "Big Bear Mountain Resort Reservations" for all reservations purchased. Checking In

With your email confirmation, you will head to the tube hill kiosk (Friday-Sunday) or ticket windows (Monday-Thursday). Be sure you've signed a liability waiver online.

On weekends only:
  • Skip the ticket windows: Simply bring up your pre-purchased receipt from your email and head directly to the tubing shack.
  • Dedicated check-in line: When you arrive, go straight to the Will-Call line to pick up your pre-purchased reservation. This line is reserved for guests who’ve already purchased tickets and signed their waivers. Walk-up customers will use a separate line, so you won’t have to wait behind them.
  • Pre-Printed tickets for faster pickup:: To make things even quicker, we’ll pre-print your tickets in advance, so you can grab them without any delays.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Snow Valley exclusively provides upper lot parking, without any offsite parking alternatives. During periods of paid parking at Snow Valley, once all pre-purchased parking reservations are fully booked, no additional on-site parking will be available. Availability is limited. It's important to be aware that guests that arrive after upper lot parking has been filled without a parking reservation will be denied parking access by Big Bear Mountain Resort.

      About Coyote Creek Tube Park
      The new and improved snow tubing area at Snow Valley will make its debut for the 23/24 winter season. Come check out the brand-new moving carpets and tube lanes located on the west end of the base area.

      Where is the Tube Park located?

      Between chairs 12 and 13.

      Are there any restrictions such as age or height requirements?

      Open to all ages, however, riders must be at least 42" tall and a minimum of 40 lb. Any guest that does not meet the minimum requirements may not participate. Maximum weight to ride is 270 lb. One person per tube. Helmets are not required, but are available to rent for $10 per person (all ages) in-person.

      About Grizzly Ridge Tube Park
      Located at Snow Summit, the Grizzly Ridge Tube Park is great for outdoor enthusiasts of all ages. Skip the hiking and take a magic carpet to the top of the tube park, then slide down our 4 (four) 300-foot tubing lanes as fast as you can in one of our high-speed tubes. Tubing is offered during the winter and summer months.
