Big Bear Mountain Resort offers a couple of options in getting your reservation canceled or changed. Guests that would like to cancel their reservation may do so on the new Refund Request Form. Guests that would like to make a change to an existing reservation must call us at 844.GO2.BEAR. Change requests are not applicable to the Refund Request Form. Please note, we are experiencing high call volumes. We appreciate your patience.

  • Cancelations made up to 3 full days prior to the scheduled date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancelations made within 3 days, up until the day prior to the scheduled date, will result in an Activity Change Voucher being issued for the full value of the activity cost (no fee).
  • Same-day changes, cancellations, or failure to show up to your activity will result in a full forfeit of your payment.

Activity Change Vouchers (ACV) are in form of credit issued to guests in their guest record with cancelations made within 3 days, up until the day prior to the scheduled date. The vouchers are issued for the full value of the activity cost. ACV are good for one calendar year from the date of issue and can be used on a variety of activities during both winter and summer operations. Once your ACV has been redeemed, all sales are final.
Activity change vouchers are good for one calendar year from date of issue. They can only be used towards the payment of activities at Snow Valley, Snow Summit, and Bear Mountain.

To use your voucher, present it at the activity location, or you can purchase in advance by calling 844.GO2.BEAR the day prior to your selected activity. Some activities require a longer advanced purchase time frame. ACV cannot be applied/redeem online. Once your ACV has been redeemed, all sales are final.
