The Green Fire is currently burning near Mountain Home Village along Highway 38, west of Angelus Oaks. At this time, the fire poses no threat to Big Bear Mountain Resort, and the resorts remain open and operating as normal. We are closely monitoring conditions and staying in communication with local fire officials.

Guests planning to visit the resort are encouraged to avoid traveling via Highway 38, as the highway is currently closed for fire operations and conditions may change. Instead, please use Highway 330/18 or Highway 18 through Lucerne Valley to access Big Bear, depending on your point of origin. We will continue to share updates as they become available. We appreciate the efforts of the firefighters and first responders working to contain the fire and thank our guests for traveling safely.
