Weather And Conditions
Mother Nature might join the opening day fun at Snow Summit, with fresh snow in the forecast. Snow mixed with precipitation is expected to arrive sometime on Saturday and will stick around through at least Monday. Be sure to bundle up and get ready to enjoy your first laps of the winter season.

Road Conditions
The scenic "back side" route, State Route (SR) 38, to Big Bear Lake has been indefinitely closed due to a major storm that caused the road to be washed out. Be advised of the alternative driving routes to Big Bear Mountain Resort destinations. Depending on where you're located, consider taking:
• SR-330 to SR-18 via Running Springs
• SR-18 through Lucerne Valley
Regardless of the alpine route you take to get to the resorts, stay safe and drive slowly. For any road-related inquiries, please contact Caltrans directly, as we do not own or operate the roads.

Open Lifts/Terrain
Lifts Spin: 8:30AM-4PM
Chairs 1 & 8 will operate starting at 8:30AM with access to Upper Summit Run to Lower Miracle Mile and the Bear Bottom Beginner Area.
Snow Summit will feature 2 boxes and 1 tube located on Lower Miracle Mile. To access them, take Chair 1 and head down the trail to the base area.

Early Parking Pass Pick Up
The ticket windows at Snow Summit will open early ahead of opening day to give guests a head start on picking up their 25/26 Premium Parking Pass. Stop by Monday through Friday, November 17-21, from 9AM-3PM to grab yours.
We recommend picking up your pass early so you can skip the lines and head straight to the slopes when opening day or your first day on hill arrives.

Lift tickets, season passes, and lesson/rental reservations are available for purchase online, in-person at any open ticket window, at the BBMR Visitors Station in the Big Bear Lake Village, or by calling 844.GO2.BEAR.

Pass Pick Up
If you did not receive your season pass in the mail, you must pick it up at a ticket window during operating hours. The purchaser/pass holder must be present upon pick up and present a valid physical photo ID with proof of age, such as a birth certificate, passport, or valid driver's license.
Darn Tough Scavenger Hunt
We’ll be sprinkling six pairs of Darn Tough socks across the mountain for guests to find throughout the day. These socks, in a variety of sizes, will be hidden in spots around the mountain so keep your eyes peeled as you explore. It's the perfect way to kick off the season with some extra warmth and comfort on your feet. Happy hunting!

Parking
Upper lot and remote parking lot access will be available for free on a first come, first served basis. Tailgating is not permitted at Big Bear Mountain Resort. Follow the Parking attendants and digital signage to know where to go.
Guests that have already purchased a Premium Parking Pass may pick up their pass during operating hours. These passes will not be mailed to you.
