Where is the snow play area located?
The snow play area is situated at the base of the tube park between chairs 12 and 13.
What is the cost of a snow play area ticket?
$20-$29 based on midweek, weekends, holidays, or peak periods. No minimum age required.
Can I buy snow play area tickets at the ticket window?
Tickets will be available for same-day purchase at the ticket windows. However, if the area reaches max capacity, Snow Valley has the right to turn off ticket sales at any time.
Can I buy Snow Play Tickets by Calling?
No, BBMR call center agents cannot sell Snow Play tickets. You must buy online or in person.
Are there any restrictions for snow play, such as age or height requirements?
Currently, there are no restrictions, but individuals must have a waiver on file.
Can children be left unsupervised in the snow play area?
No, we will have signage indicating that children must be supervised at all times.
Are personal items like shovels or buckets allowed?
Yes, personal items are allowed unless we encounter issues that require us to adjust our policy/rules.
Are personal sleds or inner tubes allowed?
No, personal sleds or inner tubes are not allowed at this time. The Snow Play area will provide a limited amount of snow play items for public use on a first come first served basis. For guests looking for downhill adventures, please purchase a Snow Tubing time slot.
Are dogs permitted in the snow play area?
No, dogs are not allowed.
Can I go in and out?
Yes, your ticket allows unlimited in-and-out access throughout the day.
How to Purchase
To purchase, start by selecting the date you want to play for in the calendar picker below and click 'search dates'. Click 'add to cart' and check out or continue shopping. If you're purchasing for multiple participants, simply click "Add to Cart" for each ticket you need. When you've added all of your tickets, click the cart in the upper-right corner of the page to begin checkout. During checkout, you'll enter the name and information for each person to whom you'd like to assign a ticket.
After Purchasing
After your ticket purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email receipt entitled "Big Bear Mountain Resort Reservations." To ensure deliverability, please add reservations@bbmr.com to your safe senders list. If you are unable to locate your confirmation email, check your junk/spam folder or call 844.GO2.BEAR to speak to a reservation specialist.
