Can I use the lift ticket at Snow Valley, Snow Summit, and Bear Mountain?
Yes, the buy one get one free lift ticket for XPLR Pass members can access all three mountains - Snow Valley, Snow Summit, and Bear Mountain - in addition to other Alterra-owned resorts.
If you use your lift ticket at Big Bear Mountain Resort, all lift tickets are valid for same-day use at Snow Valley, Snow Summit, and Bear Mountain.

When can I use my lift tickets?
These lift tickets may only be used on the first Friday of every month which includes February 2, March 1, and April 5.
At Big Bear Mountain Resort, the lift ticket is valid from 9AM-4PM, but extended to 6PM at Snow Valley and Snow Summit on evenings with Night Sessions. This offer does not include Night Session access until 8:30PM.

Is it necessary for my friend, to whom I am gifting the other ticket, to be a first-time lift ticket purchaser as well?
No, individuals who have previously purchased a lift ticket at an Alterra-owned resort are not disqualified from receiving your complimentary lift ticket. Only the XPLR Pass Members are required to be first-time buyers.
Is upper lot parking included?
No, parking fees in the Upper Lot at Snow Valley and Snow Summit are not included with this lift ticket promo. A $20-$40 upper lot paid parking fee will be in effect on select 23/24 dates:
January: 12-15, 19-21, 26-28
February: 2-4, 9-11, 16-19, 23-25
March: 1-3, 8-10, 15-17
