Emergencies/Patrol
Contact Patrol for any safety-related issues. If you are on-hill and you do not have access to a phone, inform a lift operator or any uniformed employee of the nature and location of the emergency and a description of any injured persons.
If you are hurt and don't need serious medical attention, visit one of our Patrol offices located at the base and top of our two summer mountains. To speak to patrol, call Snow Valley 909.939.4290 or Snow Summit 909.866.2447.

Guest Relations

Wifi
Big Bear Mountain Resort offers free wifi throughout the resort. Connect your wifi to BBMRPublic and accept the terms and conditions.
Drop-Off Zone & ADA Parking
Big Bear Mountain Resort guests may use the designated guest drop-off zones at each mountain for easy loading/unloading of belongings and equipment. Turn on your hazard lights and follow the posted orange parking lot signs.
Guests requiring ADA-accessible parking will find multiple reserved spaces in the upper lots at each resort. Please have your DMV-issued marker visible when arriving and parking to avoid delays.

Tuning & Repair Services
Mountain bike services, including brake bleeds, tune-ups, and flat repairs are available in the summer at the rental shop at Snow Valley or the Snow Summit Adventure Academy.
Need to make a quick adjustment to your gear? We offer FREE tool benches with miscellaneous tools for tune-ups. These stations are located near the tuning and repair shop at Snow Valley and near the Slopeside Rental Shop and the top of Chair 1 at Snow Summit.

Mountain Bike Services
Bike repair services – including brake bleeds, tuning derailleurs, cable adjustments, and tire replacements – are available at Snow Valley's rental shop and Snow Summit's Adventure Academy during operating hours on a first come, first served basis. All bikes must undergo a free sanitizing wash before being serviced.

Big Bear Mountain Resort does not offer any on-site child care services.
In the summer, Snow Summit offers mountain biking lessons for children ages 5 or older at Summit Bike Park. This program features attentive instructors that will provide a fun, safe learning environment for your little adventurer to enjoy the outdoors.
