Off-site Lots to Base Areas

Visitors who have parked in the offsite parking areas in Big Bear Lake owned/operated by Big Bear Mountain Resort can board the parking shuttles, which will transport them directly to Snow Summit or Bear Mountain's base areas.

Route: to/from Sandalwood Lot, Fox Farm Lot, Brownie Lane Lot, Moonridge Lot, and Backward Look Lot to Snow Summit and Bear Mountain base areas

Currently, Snow Valley does not offer off-site parking facilities, and this service is not accessible to guests who have parked near Snow Valley.

Intermountain Shuttle

Daily operating hours will begin on December 19; subject to change.

Once you're at either Snow Summit or Bear Mountain, visit both mountains in the same day by taking the Intermountain Shuttle service every 30 minutes on select dates throughout the season; subject to change.

Bear Mountain	• Leaves on the :15 (quarter-hour) and :45 (three-quarter-hour) • Ends at 4:30PM or 5:30PM during Regular Hours • Ends at 5PM on holiday dates • Ends at 5:30PM during Night Session dates* • Shuttle loads at the southwest corner of the upper parking lot

*On days with Night Sessions at Snow Summit, the last Intermountain Shuttle pick-up will be at 5:30PM to return guests to Bear Mountain. If you parked at Bear Mountain earlier in the day but plan to stay for Snow Summit’s Night Sessions, which end at 8:30PM, please drive to the Snow Summit upper parking lots (free after 2PM on Reserved Parking days). This will ensure you have a convenient spot and avoid being stranded when the shuttle stops running.

Around Town to Base Areas

Whether you're staying a few days in the Big Bear Valley area or have parked in a parking lot not operated by Big Bear Mountain Resort, you can easily take the Big Bear Trolley to get from anywhere in the town to Snow Summit and Bear Mountain.

Snow Valley to Snow Summit/Bear Mountain

To travel from Snow Valley to Snow Summit and Bear Mountain, you can take advantage of Mountain Transit. Simply board the Mountain Transit Route 5 Off the Mountain (OTM) for a convenient ride from Running Springs to Big Bear Lake. Please be aware that delays and operations could be impacted during snowy and challenging road conditions.

Catch a Weekend Ride From LA/OC

Catch a ride to Snow Summit this 25/26 winter season with the Sports Basement Ski Bus. For $80 per seat per day, you can depart from South Bay, Long Beach, or Orange County on select Saturdays and Sundays.
