Pass Pick Up
BBMR Dual, Anytime, and Midweek season passes purchased through November 24 have been mailed to the guest address on file. After November 24, all BBMR season passes must be picked up at Bear Mountain or Snow Summit ticket windows during operating hours. Season passes purchased in-person will be printed on-site at the Bear Mountain or Snow Summit ticket windows. Ikon Pass purchased will continued to be mailed through December 8. Starting December 9, all Ikon Passes must be picked up in-person any Ikon Pass destination ticket windows, including Bear Mountain and Snow Summit.

NOTE: BBMR season pass renewals will not receive a new pass; guests will keep their pass from the previous season. Guests that renew an Ikon Pass or Ikon Base Pass will receive a new pass.

Purchaser/pass holder must be present and present a valid photo ID, with proof of age, such as a birth certificate, passport or valid driver's license at time of pass pick up.

Stop by Big Bear Sports in the base area to grab a limited edition Opening Day t–shirt for $25 while supplies last. Big Bear Mountain Resort and Ikon Pass holders receive 10-15% off retail purchases, excluding electronics.

Parking
Upper lot and remote parking lot access will be available for free on a first come, first served basis Opening Weekend. Tailgating is not permitted at Big Bear Mountain Resort. Follow the Parking attendants and digital signage to know where to go. New parking lots have been added this season.

Free shuttle service is available to/from all open remote lots.

Guests that have already purchased a Premium Parking Pass may pick up their pass at Bear Mountain or Snow Summit daily during operating hours. These passes will not be mailed to you.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON THE INTERMOUNTAIN SHUTTLES: The free shuttle that connects Bear Mountain and Snow Summit will not be operating on Opening Weekend.
