From thrilling rodeo action, including bull riding and barrel racing, to carnival rides, live entertainment, fair food, and more, it's going to be a memorable alpine style holiday weekend. - 4PM: Gates Open along with Carnival Rides and Vendors
- 6:30PM: Free Brian Gaylord Concert
- 10PM: Carnival Closes
Saturday, September 5
- 12PM: Gates Open along with Carnival Rides, Food, Bars, and Vendors
- 2:30PM: Rodeo Seats Open
- 4PM: Rodeo Performance
- 7PM: Music + Dancing

- 9AM: Cowboy Church Service in the Arena

Everyone is welcome to join us in the Sandalwood Parking Lot for this exciting event. Admission to the festival area is free, where you'll have access to carnival rides, delicious food, a beer garden, official merchandise, and more. The live concerts are also free to enjoy.
To experience the professional rodeo competition, tickets are required. Seating is limited, and this inaugural event is expected to sell out, so we encourage purchasing your rodeo tickets in advance.

General Parking
$15 paid parking will be available in designated lots near the rodeo grounds. Arrive early for the best spots as the flow of traffic will be directed to the Fox Farm Lot and then the Brownie Lane Lot, with the Snow Summit Base Parking Lot being utilized as needed. Please follow parking signage and abide by the guidance from the Parking team.
Shuttles
Complimentary parking shuttles will run continuously from the remote lots to the main rodeo entrance through the weekend. rich-text, responsive-table
