$20 entry. Register online or onsite in early February. Open to all ages. Waivers required onsite. Racers must have a valid 25/26 day lift ticket or season pass to compete.
Join Bear Mountain for the CoreNation Rail Jam, presented by The North Face, on February 14, 2026, from 9AM-3:30PM. The competition is open to all ages with a registration fee of $20. All registration fees, donations, and raffle funds will be matched by Big Bear Mountain Resort and The North Face and then donated to the non-profit, CORE.
This event will take place at The Scene, in the base area on the snow at Bear Mountain, for the entirety of the day. You must register to participate. Registration will go live a week before the event. Check back soon for information.

CoreNation is a rail jam series traveling across the United States that helps create awareness and financial support for local nonprofits. The competition jam format encourages snowboarders and skiers to have fun while also helping promote the progression of the other contenders.

• Lift Ticket: All riders must have a season pass or lift ticket
• Open to Skiers and Snowboarders rich-text, responsive-table -
• 9AM-10:30AM: Check-in/registration on sun deck
• 10:45AM-11AM: Riders meeting
• 11AM-11:30AM: Practice jam session
• 11:45AM-12:50PM: Rail jam begins (20 min. per feature format)
• 1PM-1:30PM: Final heat (2 select features)
• 3PM: Award ceremony rich-text, responsive-table -
