No need to stress about furniture, utilities, or kitchen gear — it’s all ready for you when you arrive. Whether you're riding, working, or just relaxing after a long day, this is where you belong.

Cost & Criteria
You must be a current BBMR employee to be eligible for employee housing.

• Non-co-ed shared housing
• $600 per month
• Refundable security deposit: $300
• All utilities included

• Just minutes from Snow Summit and Bear Mountain
• Available for Snow Valley employees*
• Public transportation stop directly in front of the housing complex

*While employee housing is not available in Running Springs near Snow Valley, Snow Valley employees are welcome to stay in Big Bear Lake employee housing and commute. If you plan to use Mountain Transit as a form of public transportation, please note is a third-party transportation provider that operates between Big Bear Lake and Running Springs only on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Service may be delayed or disrupted due to snow or challenging road conditions. BBMR does not provide any additional transportation options, so employees are responsible for arranging alternative transportation as needed.
