No need to stress about furniture, utilities, or kitchen gear — it’s all ready for you when you arrive. Whether you're riding, working, or just relaxing after a long day, this is where you belong.

Cost & Criteria
You must be a current BBMR employee to be eligible for employee housing.

• Non-co-ed shared housing
• $600 per month
• Refundable security deposit: $300
• All utilities included

• Available for Snow Valley employees – take the employee shuttle from Big Bear Lake to your shifts
• Public transportation stop directly in front of the housing complex

Snow Valley Employees – We’ve Got You Covered

While we do not offer employee housing in Running Springs near Snow Valley, Snow Valley employees are welcome to live in Big Bear Lake employee housing and use the employee shuttle for their commute.
