Guests that book Basecamp Activities in advance will save time at the tickets windows during the check in process. Allow 30+ minutes on a weekday and 60+ minutes on a weekend/peak holiday dates to pick up your reservations.
What Do I Need to Do?
After your purchase is complete, locate your confirmation email. You should have received a confirmation email receipt entitled "Big Bear Mountain Resort Reservations." To ensure deliverability, please add reservations@bbmr.com to your safe senders list.
If you are unable to locate your confirmation email, check your junk/spam folder or call 844.GO2.BEAR to speak to a reservation specialist. Please note, call and chat volumes may vary. We appreciate your patience.
Where is the Snow Summit Ticket Window?
Snow Summit is located at 880 Summit Blvd in Big Bear Lake, CA. The ticket windows are located at the west end of the Snow Summit base area.
What Do I Need to Bring?
The purchaser must be present with a valid ID and the original credit card used to purchase the reservation. You will be required to sign a liability waiver in-person. Minors under the age of 18 will need a parent/guardian to sign on their behalf.
Waivers not required for Summit Mining Co.
What Do I Need to Wear?
1. Participants must wear hard sole shoes that are fully enclosed.
2. Weather conditions and temperatures can vary dramatically at higher altitudes. We highly recommend bringing multiple layers, including a moisture-wicking base layer, an insulating middle layer, and water-resistant outer layer to protect you from the elements.
3. Other items that may be helpful includes a water bottle or water pack, chapstick, gloves, and sunblock.

Climbing Wall
- Climb at your own risk.
- You must weigh between 20 & 220 lbs to climb.
- Climbers must be in excellent physical condition to climb.
- Remove all jewelry before climbing.
- All climbers must be able to properly utilize all safety restraint devices.
- Due to the restraining device on this attraction, certain bodily proportions may prohibit participation.
- If the Auto Belay line fails to retract during climbing, stop climbing immediately and request assistance.
- Make sure your harness is secure and tight before climbing.
- Always descend feet first using feet off obstacles and prepare for landing.
- Operators are not responsible for lost or damaged items left or brought into the area.
- No smoking.
- Parents are responsible for their children.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
The following person should not climb:
- Under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Have pre-injured tendons.
- Have any form of physical or medical problems or who are generally unsure of the quality of their health.
- Have a significant physical ailment or condition.
- Have had back, or neck, or any other skeletal or muscular problems or injury or have nervous disorders.
Euro Bungee
- Jump at your own risk.
- 36” minimum height.
- You must weigh between 20 & 200 lbs to jump.
- Jumpers must be in excellent physical condition to jump.
- Remove all jewelry before jumping.
- All jumpers must be able to properly utilize all safety restraint devices.
- Due to the restraining device on this attraction, certain bodily proportions may prohibit participation.
- As soon as swinging movements occur, stop jumping.
- Only vertical movements are allowed.
- Do not land with head and shoulder on the trampoline.
- No somersaults for participant over 20 years of age.
- No shoes allowed.
- Operators are not responsible for lost or damaged items left or brought into the area.
- No smoking.
- Parents are responsible for their children.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
The following person should not Jump:
- Under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Have pre-injured tendons.
- Have had fractures, in particular to the shoulder area.
- Have any form of physical or medical problems or who are generally unsure of the quality of their health.
- Have a significant physical ailment or condition.
- Have had back, or neck, or any other skeletal or muscular problems or injury or have nervous disorders.
- Have high blood pressure, heart trouble, motion sickness or nervous disorders.
Summer Tubing
Riders must be at least 32" tall and a minimum of 40 lb. Any guest that does not meet the minimum requirements may not participate. Maximum weight to ride is 250 lb. One person per tube. Helmets are not required, but are available to rent for $10 per person (all ages). Helmets can be added to your reservations in-person only.
Kids Full Throttle
Guests must be at least 61” tall and not weigh more than 115 lbs. to participate. Closed-toed shoes are required.
Zip Line
- 42” (3’ 6”) minimum height / 75” (6’ 3”) maximum height.
- Minimum age - 7 years old.
- Closed toe shoes required; crocs not acceptable
- You must weigh between 45 lbs minimum weight / 250 lbs maximum weight.
- All guests must be in excellent physical condition.
- All guests must be able to properly utilize all safety restraint devices.
- Guest may not zip with anything in their mouths.
- Due to the restraining device on this attraction, certain bodily proportions may prohibit participation.
- Enter landing zone with feet up ready to stride as you approach landing area.
- Operators are not responsible for lost or damaged items left or brought into the area.
- No smoking.
- Parents are responsible for their children.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
The following person should not Participate:
- Under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Have one or more of the following conditions: heart issues, epilepsy, asthma, diabetes, back and/or spinal injuries/conditions, serious health issues, pre-injured tendons, or if they are pregnant or there is a chance that they may be pregnant.
