Both mountains will be open to pass holders and paid guests, with Snow Summit scheduled to be open daily, and Bear Mountain open Friday-Sunday until further notice.

Weather And Conditions
With sunshine in the forecast, this weekends weather is on the cooler side with temperatures dipping into the low 40's. Be sure to bundle up and get ready to enjoy your first laps of the winter season.

Pass Pick Up
Season passes must be picked up at ticket windows during operating hours. Purchaser/pass holder must be present and present a valid photo ID, with proof of age, such as a birth certificate, passport, or valid driver's license at time of pass pick up.
Open Lifts/Terrain
Lifts Spin from 8:30AM-4PM
Snow Summit will operate Chairs 1 and 8 and is available at 8:30AM with access to upper Upper Summit Run to Lower Miracle Mile and the Bear Bottom Beginner Area.

Lift tickets, season passes, and lesson/rental reservations are available for purchase online, in-person at any open ticket window, at the BBMR Visitors Station in the Big Bear Lake Village, or by calling 844.GO2.BEAR.

Moonridge Road Roundabouts
If you’re heading to Bear Mountain this winter, be aware that the section of Moonridge Road between Elm Street and Club View Drive has undergone several updates, including new pavement, drainage conditions, biking lanes, sidewalks, lighting, landscaping, and most notably 2 traffic roundabouts.
Parking staff will be on-site to direct traffic on select dates, but guests should exercise caution, especially in snow or icy conditions.

Parking
Upper lot and remote parking lot access will be available for free on a first come, first served basis Opening Weekend. Tailgating is not permitted at Big Bear Mountain Resort. Follow the Parking attendants and digital signage to know where to go.
Guests that have already purchased a Premium Parking Pass may pick up their pass at Bear Mountain or Snow Summit daily during operating hours. These passes will not be mailed to you.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON THE INTERMOUNTAIN SHUTTLES: The free shuttle that connects Bear Mountain and Snow Summit will not be operating on Opening Weekend.
