Meet the Mountain Lesson Pack

Meet the Mountain is your first step into skiing and snowboarding and a flexible, family-friendly way to build confidence, skills, and a love for the mountains. You’ll learn the fundamentals in a welcoming environment with the freedom to drop into a lesson anytime, with no scheduled lesson time required.

Because we know family mornings don’t always go as planned, Meet the Mountain lets you arrive when you're ready. Take your time getting everyone dressed, geared up, and out the door without the pressure of making a scheduled lesson time. Lessons run until 4PM, with the last drop-in at 2:30PM to ensure there’s enough time for a full lesson experience.

How it Works

1. Pick a date and purchase your package. Select your preferred date and purchase the Meet the Mountain package with just one click.
2. Pick up your lift ticket. On your reservation date, park at Snow Valley and head to the ticket pickup box. Use the barcode in your email confirmation to print your lift ticket.
3. Get fitted for your rental equipment. Visit the rental shop next to the ticket pickup box to check in, complete your waiver in person, and get fitted for your ski or snowboard equipment.
4. Head to your lesson. Make your way to the Adventure Academy building and follow the on-site signage to the lesson area. Lesson zones operate from 9AM to 4PM, with 2:30PM being the latest time to join a lesson to ensure you have enough time to learn and practice.
