Closed for Winter Operations

Buying Online in Advance Will Save You Big Compared to Window Rates
CLOSED FOR THE 22/23 WINTER SEASON: Thank you for a great season. We are currently in summer operations through October. Check back in November for skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing information.
[No Associated Data Item]
Lift tickets are required for on-hill activities – Skiing, Snowboarding, Tube Park, etc. – and special events. If you are a beginner, you will need to purchase a lift ticket to have access to any terrain, even if your skill level does not require use of chairlifts.
Lift ticket prices vary depending on ticket type, date(s), and guest age. Please note that prices subject to change any time.
To get the best rates, purchase in advance online for the lowest prices compared to window rates and to guarantee resort access.
It is possible. If there is not enough terrain open, we may cut day lift ticket sales. If this happens, Friends & Family Lift Tickets, Military Lift Tickets, Birthday Lift Tickets, and Pass Holders will still get access.

Purchase your lift tickets in advance to guarantee resort access.
A lift ticket includes access for skiing and snowboarding at Bear Mountain and Snow Summit. A lift ticket does not include tubing, equipment rentals, or lessons.
All lift tickets and Activity Change Vouchers are date-specific, non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be duplicated. Individuals found in violation of these policies will have their lift access revoked and may be subject to additional criminal charges.
To redeem lift ticket vouchers, bring your voucher to the Bear Mountain or Snow Summit ticket windows. Please note, season lengths may vary based on weather and other factors.

All sales are final and do not require advance reservations. Vouchers must be redeemed in-person.

Using Gift Cards, ACV, and other Forms of Payment
Gift Cards, Pass Holder Discounts, Pass Cash, and Activity Change Vouchers cannot be applied online at this time. These forms of payments can only be used in-person or by calling 844.GO2.BEAR. Credit card tokenization is the process of de-identifying sensitive cardholder data by converting it to a string of randomly generated numbers called a "token." Similar to encryption, tokenization obfuscates the original data to render it unreadable in the event of a data breach or other exposure. If you are having issues with your card, please call your bank directly.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Guests may change or cancel lift ticket, lesson, rental, or activity reservations up to 3 full days prior to the scheduled date for a full refund. Changes or cancellations made within 3 days, up until the day prior to the scheduled date, will result in an Activity Change Voucher being issued for the full value of the activity cost (no fee). Same-day changes, cancellations, or failure to show up to your activity will result in a full forfeit of your payment. Once you make a purchase, if those funds are removed from Big Bear Mountain Resort's account and given back to you, your purchased tickets will become void and irredeemable for entry. Fraudulent attempts to force a bank or credit card chargeback by claiming you didn’t make the ticket purchase or can’t identify the purchase on your bank statement will result in being barred from attending future events hosted by Big Bear Mountain Resort.

Promotional sales or events including but not limited to Glow Golf and Above the Boom, do not qualify for refunds. All sales are final.
