Priority lift line access privileges are shared with the resort’s Ski & Ride School lift access lanes. Participating lifts and availability of priority lift line access privileges are at the sole discretion of the resort management and may be limited by weather, mechanical or maintenance issues, safety considerations, operating season, capacity, or any other reason. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Non-transferable. Personal use only. Other restrictions may apply. See resort for full details.
Season Pass Use & Fraud Policy
All season passes are issued for personal use only and are non-transferable. Each pass may only be used by the individual whose name and photo are associated with it. Using another person’s season pass, or allowing someone else to use your pass, is considered pass fraud and is illegal. If a guest is found accessing the resort with a season pass that does not belong to them, the following actions may be taken:
  • The pass will be confiscated and hot listed.
  • The pass will be deactivated and blocked from use for the remainder of the season.
  • The incident will be reported to the pass issuer, who will notify the pass holder and manage all further communication regarding the violation.
At the discretion of Big Bear Mountain Resort, the guest using the invalid pass will be required to leave the premises immediately. All pass holders are required to agree to and comply with Alterra Mountain Company’s Community Guidelines & Expectations at the time of their pass purchase, including several important safety messages and require that pass holders display a physical pass to resort staff upon request.
Guest Safety & Mountain Awareness Reminder
With select terrain open, our slopes may feel busier as guests share fewer runs. We appreciate everyone’s patience and cooperation as we work together to create a safe and enjoyable experience.

Please ski and ride in control, follow posted signs, respect closures, and be aware of others around you. These guidelines help keep everyone safe and having fun on the mountain. We encourage all guests to check our live webcams and daily mountain report before arriving to understand current conditions and available terrain. Conditions can vary, and refunds will not be issued based on personal snow or terrain preferences.
