Guidelines for Utilizing Your Costco Tickets
Congratulations on your purchase of the Costco 4-pack of full-day lift tickets. These lift tickets are specifically valid at Snow Valley, which is located at 35100 CA-18, Running Springs, CA 92382. Please note that they will not be accepted at Snow Summit or Bear Mountain. With these lift tickets, you'll have access to Snow Valley's terrain throughout the entire season, except for all Saturdays between December 23, 2023, and March 2, 2024, and two additional Sundays on January 14, 2024, and February 18, 2024.
Please take care of your lift tickets, as they will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Keep in mind that all sales are final. Enjoy your time on the slopes at Snow Valley.
Where are my lift tickets?
Your lift tickets can be found inside the Costco packaging. You will discover a total of four (4) dateless lift tickets, which can be used at any time during the season, except for the blackout dates.
How do I use my lift ticket?
There's no need to visit the ticket windows. The tickets you've obtained from Costco are the ones you'll present directly for scanning at the RFID gate to gain access to the snow. Please take note of this important reminder: avoid placing all four (4) lift tickets in your pocket simultaneously. If the gate scans all your lift tickets at once, the remaining tickets will become invalid. Your lift tickets are conveniently labeled 1, 2, 3, and 4 to assist you in keeping track of their individual usage dates.
These full-day lift tickets are not valid for Night Sessions.
When are these lift tickets not accepted?
These lift tickets cannot be used on the following dates: December 23 & 30; January 6, 13, 14, 20, & 27; February 3, 10, 17, 18, & 24; March 2.
How long will you be open for skiing and snowboarding?
The duration of our skiing and snowboarding season at Big Bear Mountain Resort depends on various factors, including weather conditions, available terrain, and other unforeseen circumstances. Our operating schedules do not come with a minimum season duration guarantee and are subject to change without prior notice. Typically, winter operations at Big Bear Mountain Resort run from November to April.
