Lift ticket, rental, and lesson reservations made via BigBearMountainResort.com, 844.GO2.BEAR, or in-person for March 15 and beyond are 100% refundable with no cancellation fee, up to 24 hours prior to the reservation date. Please call 844.GO2.BEAR or email firstname.lastname@example.org for questions regarding your upcoming reservation. We may be experiencing high call volumes and appreciate your patience. Email requests will be reviewed in the order received and may take up to 72 hours for response. Please specify if you would like an Activity Change Voucher or refund.
Third Party Tickets
If your tickets were purchased through a third party such as Costco or REI, please contact the organization that issued your tickets. Please note, Costco tickets must be returned in full, no partial use refunds. All REI stores are currently closed, but their call center is still available at 800.426.4840, Monday-Friday from 5AM-10PM PT and Saturday-Sunday from 6AM-9PM PT. Military personnel who purchased tickets on-base should contact their local ticket office for refunds/cancellations.
All inquiries for tickets purchased through a corporate partner should be directed to the organization that made the reservation for review/processing.
