THE HOLIDAY WEEKEND IS HERE

It’s shaping up to be the best weekend of the season so far, starting with Valentine’s Day on Friday and wrapping up with Presidents’ Day, which means an extra day to hit the slopes. Bear Mountain and Snow Summit are sporting the best snow conditions and most rideable terrain in Southern California after 5-7” of new snow on Monday and additional snowmaking throughout the week. Forecasts are calling for sunny skies this weekend, with daytime temps in the upper 40s, so come enjoy extended lift hours at both mountains, plus Nights from 3PM-8:30PM at Snow Summit.

At Bear Mountain, drop into Upper Park Run off Chair 9 with a fresh rebuilt jump and all new jib lines, or discover a wide variety of intermediate and advanced features as you make your way into the Plaza off Lower Park Run. If you’re heading up today – Thursday, Feb. 13 – check out the Red Bull Party in the Plaza, featuring a live DJ and plenty of Red Bull giveaways. At Snow Summit, get stoked on a revamp of all jibs in the park, including a full rebuild off Chair 9 in the Family-Fun Park, and 7 new jumps on Westridge.

Snowboarder Magazine's annual Park & Ride Poll is now open, so remember to vote for Bear Mountain or Snow Summit as your favorite park on the West Coast.
