Big Bear Mountain Resort (BBMR) is home to the largest learning areas in Southern California, so we see our fair share of first-timers. Whether you're new to skiing and snowboarding, a seasoned snow pro, or somewhere in-between, you can’t get on the slopes until you properly attach your lift ticket. Here are 4 steps to make sure your ticket stays put from first chair to last call.
1. Slide the wicket through a pant loop or zipper-pull* with open end facing down.
*BBMR recommends attaching your ticket to your pants in case you want to remove your jacket for part of the day.
2. With the sticker backing still on, fold your ticket in half to create a crease.
3. Remove the backing from your ticket and stick one side to the wicket.
4. Close the ticket around the wicket so it sticks to itself.
