Weekly Snow Report | April 11, 2019

Posted On: Apr 10, 2019

If you’re a beginner, or have kids, spring is the perfect time to make your way to the mountains. With shorter lift lines, softer snow, and 5 lifts at Snow Summit open daily through Easter, there’s still time to make a springtime trip to the slopes.

All Bear Mountain Only season passes will be valid at Snow Summit thru the remainder of the season.

IT'S COOLER UP HERE

Despite this week’s toasty temps down the hill, daytime highs in Big Bear have been in the upper 40s and lower 50s with overnight lows in the upper 20s. There’s a chance for some late-season spring snow in the forecast this weekend, so be sure to check weather and road conditions before heading up.

This week, our Park Staff completed a new top-to-bottom setup on Ego Trip, located near Chair 3, with 7 jibs and 4 features. Over on Upper Westridge and ZZYZX check out 13 jibs and 7 features, including a rebuilt light pole hip.
