Weekly Snow Report | Jan. 24, 2019
THIS IS GOOD LIVING
Forecasts are calling for sunny skies this weekend, with highs in the 50s and light northeast winds. Bear Mountain and Snow Summit have 100% open terrain, so come ride on 30-46" of machine groomed corduroy on 60+ trails, including Southern California's only halfpipes. If you're planning on extending your stay with Night Sessions (Friday & Saturday, 3PM-8:30PM), be sure to bundle up as temps are expected to drop into the lower 30s.
This week, look for a full feature remodel on Westridge Park at Snow Summit, and 32 premium features around the Red Bull Plaza and GoPro walls at Bear Mountain, including a 100' rail! The Scene will be rebuilt in preparation for the USASA Rail Jam competition on Sunday, Jan. 27, and Chair 5 will be rebuilt in preparation for the The Shred Mentor Camps* hosted by US Olympian and 2-time X Games medalist, Chas Guldemond on Jan. 25-28 and Feb. 22-25.
*Open to Team Bear members only.
