Weekly Snow Report | Dec. 13, 2018
We're expecting a beautiful week with clear skies and a high of 54°F. Temps will range from the 20s – low 50s through the weekend, with northeast winds of 10 to 15 mph. Forecasts are even calling for a chance of snow showers late Sunday into Monday, so get ready to bust out those snow dance moves.
MOST TERRAIN OPEN IN SOCAL
After last week’s snow storms we’re getting closer to being 100% open at both mountains. This week at Snow Summit chairs 1 (Miracle Mile and Upper Summit Run), 2 (Lower Summit Run and Summit Connection), 3 (Ego Trip, Upper Westridge, and Zyzzx), 4 & 8 (Bear Bottom Beginner Area), and MC1 at the Summit Adventure Academy are open. At Bear Mountain, chairs 5, 6, 7, and 9 (Easy Street, Inspiration, Central Park, Upper Park Run, Expressway, The Gulch, Lower Park Run, Middle Park Run, and the Powderbowl area) will be open daily. View lift and trail status.
We’re also upping the ante with 59+ features across both resorts.
GRIZZLY RIDE TUBE PARK
The Grizzly Ridge Tube Park at Snow Summit is also scheduled to open this weekend*. Skip the hiking and take a magic carpet to the top of the Tube Park, then slide down as fast as you can in one of our high-speed snow tubes.
*Subject to change, based on operating schedule and weather.
