Weekly Bike Report | Jun. 28, 2018
Posted On: Jun 28, 2018
Forecasts are calling for another weekend of perfect riding weather with blue skies and temps in the 70s. This week our Trail Crew has been dialing in the
Skill Builder Park and priming the full-size
Pump Track for its season debut this weekend!
This week the Trail Crew put in almost 80 man-hours refining the take offs on
Average Joes and
Westridge, rebuilding berms on Westridge, filling holes in the Skill Builder area, smoothing out braking bumps, and watering down the duff on
Turtle and
Miracle Mile. Construction is also progressing on the new green jump line,
Globo Gym, which should be ready for riding soon.
This weekend, check out our second Summit Series event of the season - the Pump Track Challenge - on Saturday. Registration begins at 9am in the base area and is
free for all ages, with practice at 11:30AM and racing at 12:30PM.
It's also time to get stoked for Crafts N Cranks, our annual bike and brew fest, featuring a $40K prize purse, 40+ craft beers, live music, and kids activities,
July 28-29 at Snow Summit. The festival is
FREE to the public and beer tasting and carnival tickets are available online now.
Summer fun is in full flow, so grab some friends and make your way to the mountain.
