Weekly Bike Report | Jun. 14, 2018
Starting tomorrow – Friday, June 15 – the Bike Park will be open daily through Labor Day
. Forecasts are calling for blue skies and temps in the mid-60s this weekend, so don’t forget to bring the sunscreen.
This week the Trail Crew continued maintenance on our top-to-bottom trails, including adding more berms and jumps on lower Westridge. Construction has also begun on the full-size Pump Track
and Pro Line (a.k.a., Globo Gym
), which are expected to be ready for riding in early July.
Saturday is the first Summit Series competition of the season, featuring a long jump competition at the east end of the Skill Builder zone. The event is open to all ages, with free registration from 9am in the base area, and some great prizes, including a 2018 season pass. If you have a scout who loves to ride, sign them up for our Scout Cycling Merit Badge Clinic, June 22. Hurry, spaces are limited.
Grab the bikes and crew and get up to the mountains for a sweet Snow Summit weekend.
