Refunds & Activity Change Vouchers
You can change or cancel your lift ticket, lesson, rental or activity reservation up to 3 full days prior to the scheduled date for a full refund less a $35 fee by calling 844.GO2.BEAR. Changes or cancellations made within 3 days, up until 4PM the day prior to the scheduled date, will result in an Activity Change Voucher being issued for the full value of the activity cost (no fee). Changes or cancellations after 4PM the day prior to your activity will result in a full forfeit of your payment.
Activity Change Vouchers are good for one calendar year from date of issue. They can only be used towards the payment of activities at Bear Mountain, Snow Summit, Mammoth Mountain, and June Mountain. Vouchers are NOT valid for payment towards season passes, gift cards, PassCash, season lockers, concerts/events, promotional items, or at dining and shopping venues (including BigBearMountainResortStore.com and MammothMountainStore.com). Vouchers are non-refundable.
USING YOUR ACTIVITY VOUCHERS
To use your voucher at BBMR, present it at the activity location, or you can purchase in advance by calling 844.GO2.BEAR by 6PM the day prior to your selected activity. Some activities require a longer advanced purchase time frame – check for special instructions below.

Purchase in advance or present your voucher at any open ticket window for single or multi-day lift tickets.
